Delegation of Japan-based research association "21st Century Forum"

On May 6, 2015 scholars from IMEMO Center for Asia-Pacific Studies Vitaly Shvydko and Kristina Voda conferred with the delegation of Japan-based research association “21st Century Forum”.

Researchers discussed current issues of economic development and international situation in the Asia-Pacific with particular stress on the role of Russia and Japan in the changing security and cooperation framework. Also, prospects for developing Russo-Japanese relations were reviewed.

On December 9, 2025, the State Academic University for the Humanities held an International Roundtable “Socio-Humanitarian Knowledge in Scientific and Educational Transfers of Countries of Eurasian Space". In the framework of the Roundtable section "Socio-Humanitarian Education and National-Cultural Values of Countries of Eurasian Space" Alexey Zenkov presented a report "Prospects and Limitations of Scientific and Educational Integration in the EAEU".
