
The Belgrade Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development (CIRSD) journal “Horisons” (No. 29, 2025) published an article by Stanislav Pritchin, Head of the Sector for Central Asia of the Center for post-Soviet Studies of IMEMO, Cand. of Science (History), “Central Asia and the South Caucasus in Russia's Foreign Policy – Before and After the Ukraine Crisis”.
This issue presents a wide range of points of view on the changing role of Russia in the international arena. Among the authors of the issue are Bank of Russia Governor Elvira Nabiullina, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, Dean of the School of International Relations of MGIMO University Andrey Sushentsov, and renowned Russian historian and political scientist Andrey Kortunov.
