Dear Sir, I am a Junior Research Fellow at the Academy of International Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. I also work as a researcher with the East Asia Centre, Institute for Defence Studies and Analysis, New Delhi. Previously I have worked with the National Maritime Foundation and the Institute of Chinese Studies, both of them being based in New Delhi. This forum seems very interesting to me and I would like to participate in it, if given a chance. Can Indians also participate in the competition? If so, could you kindly send me an english medium questionnaire? Thanks and Regards, Jyotishman Bhagawati Junior Research Fellow Jamia Milia Islamia

Dear Jamia, Thank you for your interest towards Primakov Readings contest for Young Scholars! Yes, we will be very glad to see Indian partners to participate in this event. Please note, that the working language is Russian. The contest is focused on research fellows, who specialize on international relations and who study the Russian language. In this case the questionnaire is supposed to be in Russian. Wish you all best, Organizing Committee
