Dear Sir, I am a Junior Research Fellow at the Academy of International Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. I also work as a researcher with the East Asia Centre, Institute for Defence Studies and Analysis, New Delhi. Previously I have worked with the National Maritime Foundation and the Institute of Chinese Studies, both of them being based in New Delhi. This forum seems very interesting to me and I would like to participate in it, if given a chance. Can Indians also participate in the competition? Please note, that the working language is Russian. The contest is focused on research fellows, who specialize on international relations and who study the Russian language.
