29The Fourth meeting of the Russian-Azerbaijani Expert Council (RAEC) on "Interaction between Russia and Azerbaijan in Post-Conflict Development in the South Caucasus" organized jointly by the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) and the Center of Analysis of International Relations of Azerbaijan was held in Moscow on November 27, 2023.
Stanislav Pritchin, Senior Researcher of the Sector for Central Asia of the Center for post-Soviet Studies of IMEMO, Cand. of Science (History), delivered a report "Prospects for Baku-Moscow Relations after the Settlement of the Conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh" at the event.
RAEC meetings are held in a regular annual format.
