The regular annual scientific conference of the consortium of the journals of the Faculty of Economics was held at the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Elena Sadovaya made a report “The Labor Economics and the Personnel Management” at the event.

The key topics of the event this year were:

• the issues of the economic theory and the methodology of the modern economic science;
• the macro-economic modeling;
• the sectoral and the regional economy;
• the digital economy;
• the population economy and the demography, the labor economy and the personnel management, the population and social policy;
• the problems of the sustainable development;
• the economy of the BRICS states.

Head of the Department for Complex Socio-Economic Research of the Center for Comparative Socio-Economic and Political Studies Cand. of Science (Economics) Elena Sadovaya made a report in the framework of the section of the Conference “The Labor Economics and the Personnel Management”, at the session, dedicated to the global trends in the sphere of labor. The topic of the report was "The peculiarities of the regulation of social and labor relations in the digital economy".
