Principal researcher of IMEMO, professor Marina Strezhneva has published an article in interdisciplinary international journal European Review (Cambridge Core), focused on Europe and on economics, history and social science. The article studies the EU’s efforts to push through regional and global versions of a financial transaction tax with an aim to explain the (in)ability of the Union to act as an agent of global governance.
