1521The eighth forum of the international China studies was held in Shanghai on September 10-11, 2019. The main topic of the event was “China and the world: the historic path in the last 70 years”. More than 300 researchers from 35 countries attended the meeting. Alexander Lomanov was the key co-reporter on the topic “The social sciences with the Chinese specific features: the innovations and the traditions”.
On December 25, 2025, the final RIAC City Breakfast of 2025 was held at the Fyodor Dostoevsky Library. Experts discussed key events in the global agenda of the past year, analyzed the prospects of the development of main trends in the upcoming year, and answered questions from the audience on specific aspects of Russia's foreign policy in a live discussion format.
The 3rd issue for 2025 of the journal “Russia and the New States of Eurasia” has been published. The issue opens with the article on the prospects for settling the Ukrainian crisis. Traditionally, great attention is paid to the countries located in the European part of the post-Soviet space.
