The ceremony of awarding of Academician Alexander Dynkin with the Order of the Rising Sun with golden rays for outstanding merits in the sphere of development of friendship with Japan was held at the residence of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan in Moscow.
The next issue of the “MEMO Journal” (No. 3, 2025) is published. It opens with an article on the experience of systematic study of the discourse of intervention at the UN. The readers' attention will be drawn to the materials touching upon the problems of development in the post-Soviet space, including the Central Asian region, as well as analyzing the formation of the idea of patriotism in the agenda of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.
