187The 3rd issue for 2025 of the journal “Russia and the New States of Eurasia” has been published. The issue opens with the article on the prospects for settling the Ukrainian crisis. Traditionally, great attention is paid to the countries located in the European part of the post-Soviet space.

In addition, the “memory politics” in Kazakhstan and the participation of extremists from Central Asia in transnational terrorist activities are investigated.
Political scientists will certainly read with interest the article on the institutional cooperation of the Organization of Turkic States with the United Nations. The causes and driving forces of the anti-government protests that broke out in Georgia after the parliamentary elections of 2024 are also considered.
For the first time, the journal “Russia and the New States of Eurasia” provides deep analysis of the problems and prospects of the development of artificial intelligence technologies in the CIS countries. Attention is also paid to environmental problems – in the issue the climate policy in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Belarus is explored.
