The last issue No. 12 of the MEMO Journal is published in the outgoing year.

European topics are represented in it by articles on institutional problems of multilevel governance in the EU (D. Moiseeva); on Poland's competitiveness in the world economy in the 21st century (Z. Podoba, B. Norboev); on the African vector of Germany's foreign economic policy (A. Kotov); and the article raising the question of the “new” militarization of Europe (S. Oznobishchev, V. Klimov).

The articles by P. Sharikov, who studies the regulation of lethal autonomous weapons systems within the framework of the Transatlantic Security Dialogue, and M. Evtodieva on India's military-technical cooperation with the USA, Israel, and EU countries in the context of the “Make in India” program are devoted to the problems of international security.

The post-Soviet section includes articles by S. Markedonov analyzing the conflict field of modern Abkhazia; V. Smirnov and V. Sutyrin on Russia's Eurasian integration project.

Traditionally, articles on politics and economy of the USA and China are published: an article by A. Voytolovskaya on tradition and precedent in the mirror of the election campaign in the USA in 2024 and an article by E. Arapova on the model of private consumption in China.

The topic of the African continent is touched upon in the article by R. Turovsky and M. Sukhova on the comparative analysis of national leadership in African countries.

The Fall–Winter 2024 issue of “Pathways to Peace and Security”, no. 2 (67), is now online. The issue's key themes include terrorism and antiterrorism in the context of escalating international tensions, the leading non-Western powers' approaches to the Russia–West confrontation, and the U.S.' and its main European allies' policies on arms and defense-industrial sector.
