Government Transparency and Accountability: Canadian Lesson

Abstract. For about 50 recent years, the socio-political agenda in developed countries has been focusing on theoretical and practical issues related to government transparency. Discussing this topic, specialists and non-specialists use such definitions as government transparency and accountability, the right to know and access to official information. The present article is devoted to practical experience of institutional provision for the government transparency and accountability.
