Abstract. A discussion of the developments in North Africa and Middle East by a group of experts from three research institutes and the newspaper “Moscow news” is continued. It has begun in the previous of the magazine. Now, an attempt is made to identify possible scenarios of further developments, as well as the roles of the various actors, including protest movements. Internal and external factors of what is happening in these regions are classified.
