Abstract. In this theoretical work  Russia is seen through a prism of the situation that emerged in late 20th and early 21st centuries. The Russian society enters into a process of transformation of the domestic perception of the world into an exploration of the world. According to the author, the main problem of the Russia’s exploration of the world will be solved through the process of connecting the world’s universe and the human’s universe not only in Russia but in a global context. A broad vision of the past and the future of the Russian science began to form in early 90s of XX century.
