Abstract

With President Zelensky’s coming to power in Ukraine Kiev stepped up efforts to end the armed conflict in the Southeast of the country. The new leader has shown a willingness to make a number of advances on secondary issues, but on the main aspects of a peaceful settlement he actually continues the line of his predecessor, however, implemented in a different style.  The main goal of Vladimir Zelensky is to adjust the Minsk agreements in a favorable way for Ukraine.
