Abstract

Growth of the role of infrastructure is common for modern development of all types of countries. This phenomenon comes as a result of interaction of two factors - technical progress and development of national, regional and global infrastructure. Development of material, institutional and ‘soft’ infrastructure in the Eurasian Union is urgently needed as its delay may cause serious obstacles for national and regional economic progress of its members.
