The procedure for evaluating and reviewing articles

After the receipt of the manuscript by the editorial office, its initial review and verification for compliance with the specialization of the yearbook are carried out. Next, the method of "blind" (anonymous) peer review is used. The key criteria for evaluating the material used in reviewing are the relevance and scientific novelty of the research, the originality of the research and the conclusions drawn, the validity of the hypotheses put forward, the applicability of the conclusions, and the conformity of the style of the article text with the requirements for the preparation of scientific publications.

The full texts of the reviews are not provided to the authors, only suggestions for revision of the article are provided.

The revision of the article after reviewing is carried out by the author within 30 working days after sending the author information about the need for changes.
