    Field of Research

    • formation of a methodology for the comprehensive study of regional economic, political, social processes, as well as security trends;
    • study of domestic politics of the region's countries, groups of influence, ideological and political processes - evolution of identities, memory politics, public sentiments;
    • analysis of socio-economic development, economic sectors, investments, foreign economic relations, transport and logistics infrastructure and related problems in the Baltic region;
    • studying the complex of foreign policy relations of the countries of the large Baltic-Arctic region and the participation of external actors (USA, Great Britain, China, etc.) in the formation of regional processes;
    • analyzing security policy, military construction and military-technical cooperation in the greater Balto-Arctic region
