Human Capital as a Factor of Eurasian Integration

Abstract. The article considers the role of human capital in the development of economic integration of the EAEU countries. Interconnection of Eurasian integration and economic modernization of the member countries is shown, significance of human capital for modernization is revealed. The difficulties facing these countries on the way of providing economic modernization with skilled personnel are analyzed, and their causes are revealed. Modern trends and problems of higher and secondary special education in the EAEU countries, as well as their provision with scien-tific and technical personnel are considered, the role of the state policy of these countries in development of human capital is revealed. Mutual cooperation of the EAEU countries in training of qualified personnel is considered.
