Armenia Joins Eurasian Economic Union

Abstract. On January 2, 2015 Armenia joined the Eurasian economic union (EEU). This decision of Armenia was dictated  not only by economic considerations but also by its desire to strengthen its national security. Majority of Armenian experts believe that Armenia joining the EEU corresponds its strategic interests and will result in a number of positive consequences for Armenia.
