Eurasian Integration as Perceived in Byelorussia

Abstract. The article analyses perceptions of integration processes in the post-Soviet space existing in Byelorussia. It examines the diversity of attitudes to Eurasian integration projects taken by different local political forces, as well as by economists, political scientists and businessmen. It also analyses the shifts in the public opinion on comparative preference of either an Eastern or a Western vector of integration for the republic.
