Abstract. In the present article, methodical guidelines and some specific approaches aimed at the military-technical cooperation efficiency improvement and Russia's status reinforcement are suggested. Problems of the above-mentioned multidimensional cooperation expansion and strengthening, possibilities of their solving are examined. The condition of the domestic military-industrial complex, the degree of the Russian armament and military equipment competitiveness, Russian military efficiency standard are investigated.
