There was held a meeting of the Analytical Club of the IMEMO on the topic “Monopoly trends in the global high-tech sector”. There were discussed the theoretical aspects of the dominance of "technological giants", the technological peculiarities of their functioning and the legal aspects of regulation in China, the European Union and Russia.

Former Member of the European Parliament and former Leader of the Social Democratic Party of Germany, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation Martin Schulz made a report “Russia and Germany in the transforming world order: the challenges and the possibilities” at the IMEMO RAS.

Minister of the Foreign Affairs of India, His Excellency Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar gave a speech at the IMEMO. The topic was “India-Russia relations in the changing world”.

The Council of the Young Scientists and Specialists held the roundtable conference “The quantitative methods in international relations research” in the mixed format.

Analytical Club Meeting "EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism: a challenge for Russia?" was held and streamed on Zoom.

There was the roundtable conference on the topic “The economic policy of Spain at the new stage of the European integration”. The event was held in a mixed format. The outcomes of the meeting will be published in the periodical “Analysis and Forecast. IMEMO Journal”.

The Council of the Young Scientists and Specialists of the IMEMO held the roundtable conference “The UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement”.

Within the framework of the joint IMEMO-Interfax project "Russia and the World: Professional Conversation", the fifth expert meeting was held.

With the assistance of the Council of Young Scientists of the IMEMO, a coordination meeting of the leadership of the Councils of Young Scientists of the institutes of the Department of Global Problems of International Relations of the Russian Academy of Sciences took place.

Within the framework of the joint IMEMO-Interfax project "Russia and the World: Professional Conversation", the fourth expert meeting on the topic: Russia on the global agenda of the 46th US President was held.
