Field of Research

The Department for Comparative Political Studies conducts research on the following topics:

- main factors of aggravation of socio-political and international conflicts in the contemporary world (analysis and forecast);

- methodology of the analysis of political change;

- the impact of socio-political and international conflicts, globalization and regionalization in the reformatting of political spaces;

- transformation of political institutions in the European Union, the United States and Russia;

- dynamics of identity as a factor of political change.
