Evgenii Belkov

Junior Research Fellow at the Center for Middle East Studies of the Primakov National Research Institute of World Economy and International Relations, Russian Academy of Sciences (IMEMO).

He graduated from Institute of Asian and African Studies (Moscow State University), where he is a postgraduate student since 2022.

His research focuses on the role of political Islam in Afghanistan, its historical and modern forms and manifestations.
