Эволюция концепта “политическая повестка” в зарубежных политологических исследованиях

Аннотация. В статье прослеживается развитие взглядов на формирование политической повестки. Рассмотрены подходы к определению повестки политического курса и ее индикаторы. Приведена критика объяснительных возможностей существующих концептуальных моделей. Выявлены ключевые тенденции в рамках рассматриваемой исследовательской традиции. На примере ряда эмпирических исследований показаны возможности партий и СМИ по формированию повестки. Анализ опирался на данные исследований, представленных в публикациях с наиболее высоким индексом цитирования в наукометрической базе Web of Science.
