This issue is opened by two articles devoted to the USA: one deals with alternative versions of the American policy in Afghanistan and another with the uncompleted Obama’s war. We continue the analysis of economic and political integration in Europe launched in the previous issue.
The economic block is represented by a methodological study of the subject and method of international political economy and two articles on concrete problems of economic activities and developments in different regions of the world. An extensive paper is devoted to Cuba, in particular to a reconsideration of its role in the world community.
