The “Ambassadorial Club” was established in April, 2003 on the initiative of the Foundation for Prospective Studies and Initiatives for discussion of important issues of bilateral and international relations, as well as international security problems. The Club members are diplomats accredited to Moscow. The “Ambassadorial Club” is headed by Mikhail Margelov, Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs of the Council of Federation.
