The 2nd Russian-Iranian roundtable discussion led by IMEMO and Tehran Institute for Political and International Studies took place in the IMEMO.
IMEMO held a roundtable discussion of “The Pacific Policy of the New American Administration “. Among the participants in the discussion were representatives of the IMEMO Center for Asia Pacific Studies, the IMEMO Center for Development and Modernization, the MEiMO (World Economy and International Relations) monthly, Institute of the Far East of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the RF Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) Business Council.
IMEMO Center for Energy Research and Russian Gas Society held a roundtable discussion of “Problems of and Prospects for the Utilization of Associated Petroleum Gas” which was presided over by Academician N.A. Simonia, Head of IMEMO Center for Energy Research. WORKSHOPS
IMEMO hosted a workshop devoted to the problems of modern federalism . G. Anderson, President of the Forum of Federations (Canada), was invited as the keynoter.
